Steve Wassman, Director, recently completed a successful search for Akebono.  Chris Woodbury has accepted the position of Friction Material Process Engineer and will be based in Michigan.

Recently, J.T Westendorf, Search Consultant, teamed up with Mark Angott, President, and placed Ms. Denise Lons with Michigan Business Connection.  Ms. Lons has accepted the role of Servicing Manager and will be based Ann Arbor, Michigan. MBC is a credit union service organization (CUSO) that influences a shared effort of more than two dozen affiliated credit unions.

Several members of the ASG team, Megan Uphoff,  Mark Angott, Quentin Burchill, are pleased to announce the placement of several candidates with Flagstar: Sue Brown as Product Manager; Kevin O’Neil as a Senior Financial Analyst; Lori Mazurek and Frank Maniaci as Middle Market Lenders for the Troy, Michigan headquarters. Flagstar is a $14 billion community bank with over 160 banking centers.

Peggy Dunn, Director of the IT Practice, teamed up with Koch Industries to conduct a search for a Senior Windows Analyst.  William Weis has accepted this position.  He has had many successful achievements throughout his career and is excited to be joining the team one of the largest privately held companies in the country.

Mark Angott, President, and J.T Westendorf, Search Consultant of the Banking and Financial Services division at ASG announced that Mr. Josh Wortley, Barbara Kelsey and Orlando Figueroa have accepted the role Mortgage Loan Officer at PNC Mortgage. Mr. Wortley and Ms. Kelsey will be located in Cincinnati while Mr. Figueroa will be located in Cleveland, Ohio. All the candidates have a very successful career in the mortgage industry.

“Winona Moody has been named to the position of SBA Analyst at Michigan Business Connection,” announced Charlie Tudor, Director of the Banking and Financial Services division at ASG.  “Winona is excited to be joining such a growing organization and will be located in Ann Arbor, Michigan”, further added Tudor.

The banking team of Megan Uphoff, J.T Westendorf and Mark Angott recently announced that Brian Steele has accepted the position of Credit Analyst Team Leader at First Place.  Mr. Steele will be based in Southfield, MI.   Ms. Carrie Davie has also joined the team at First Place.  Ms. Davis has accepted the role of Security Director and she will be located in Warren, Ohio.  

Beth Grossman also completed a Mortgage Loan Officer search for First Place. Sherry Schoonmaker has accepted this position for the Southfield branch.

Charlie Tudor, Quentin Burchill and Megan Uphoff teamed up with Mark Angott and is pleased to announce several placements: Laurence Funk as Regional Branch Manager, David Hanley as Senior Financial Analyst and Matthew Kovack as Product Manager for metro Detroit Branches. Also, Tom Blackwell successfully worked to fill two more positions with Flagstar  Bank  The searches were successfully completed when Stephanie Hendricks and John Effinger accepted the positions of Licensed Personal Banker  Both Ms. Hendricks and Mr. Effinger are looking forward to transitioning in these new roles and will be based in the Indianapolis branch.
